Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This part applies to a benefit being paid and an entitlement accrued under a former Act as if they were a benefit paid or an entitlement accrued under this Act.
(2) For subsection (1), the reference in section 206(3) of this Act to part 6, 10 or 11 is to be construed as a reference to the corresponding provision of the former Act under which an entitlement arose.
