WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 339

(1) The board may, by resolution, delegate its powers to—

(a) a director; or

(b) a committee of the board; or

(c) the Authority's chief executive officer; or

(d) an appropriately qualified Authority employee.

(2) In subsection (1)—

appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
