WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 449

449 Superannuation schemes

(1) WorkCover may—

(a) establish or amend superannuation schemes; or
(b) join in establishing or amending superannuation schemes; or
(c) take part in superannuation schemes.

(2) The auditor-general may audit the schemes.

(3) Subsection (2) is subject to the Auditor-General Act 2009.
