Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the appeal body makes an order for costs, the amount ordered to be paid is a debt payable to the party in whose favour the order is made.
(2) The order may be filed in the registry of a court having jurisdiction for the recovery of a debt of the amount.
(3) On being filed, the order—
(a) is taken to be an order properly made by the court; and
(b) may be enforced as an order made by the court.
