Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the Minister reasonably believes an application for exemption made under section 8 is vexatious.
(2) The Minister may refuse the application without referring it to the committee under section 8(3).
(3) Neither section 9(1) or (2) applies in relation to an application refused under this section and section 7 continues to apply at all times to the applicant.
(4) The Minister must give notice of the refusal to the applicant.
