Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The object of this Act is to promote good oral health in Queensland by the safe fluoridation of public potable water supplies.
(2) The object is to be achieved by requiring the safe fluoridation of relevant public potable water supplies and authorising the safe fluoridation of other public potable water supplies.
