Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Relevant public potable water supply means a public potable water supply supplying potable water to at least 1000 members of the public.
(2) For subsection (1), the number of members of the public being supplied potable water by a public potable water supply is to be worked out by reference to the results of the most recent Census of Population and Housing published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
(3) For subsection (1), the number of members of the public who are actually being supplied with potable water from the public potable water supply at any particular time is irrelevant.
