Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister or the chief executive may delegate his or her functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified person who is--
(a) a public service employee of the department; or
(b) a health service employee.
(2) In this section--
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to the exercise of the power.
Example of standing--
if a person is a public service employee of the department, the person's classification level in the department
functions includes powers.
