WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 297

297 Appeals

(1) The repealed Act, part 11 continues to apply to a decision made under the repealed Act as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.

(2) Another provision of this subdivision that would have applied to a matter if the final decision on a review or appeal under the repealed Act, part 11 had been made before the repeal of the repealed Act applies to matter as if the final decision had been made before the repeal.
