Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not knowingly give a document that is acceptable evidence of age of the person mentioned in the document (the specified person) to someone else, if the person giving the document knows or has reasonable grounds to suspect that the document may be used as acceptable evidence of age of someone other than the specified person.
Maximum penalty–40 penalty units.
(2) A person must not wilfully or negligently deface or interfere with a document that is acceptable evidence of age of the person or someone else.
