Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a development application to which section 42, 43 or 43A as in force before the commencement applied if the application was made but not decided before the commencement.
(2) Sections 42, 43 and 43A as in force before the commencement continue to apply to the application as if the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 had not commenced.
(3) In this section—
commencement means the day this section commences.
