WATER SUPPLY (SAFETY AND RELIABILITY) ACT 2008 - SECT 29
29 Registration as a service provider is not a right to water entitlement or resource operations licence
To remove any doubt, it is declared that registration as a service provider
does not, of itself, entitle a service provider to a water entitlement or a
resource operations licence.
