WATER SUPPLY (SAFETY AND RELIABILITY) ACT 2008 - SECT 46

(1) The service provider must give an identity card to each authorised person.

(2) The identity card must—

(a) contain a recent photograph of the person; and

(b) be signed by the person; and

(c) identify the person as an authorised person of the service provider; and

(d) include an expiry date.
