Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a person registered under previous section 372 as a service provider, or taken to be a service provider under the Water Act, section 1060(2), for supplying a water or sewerage service immediately before the commencement.
(2) On the commencement, the person is taken to be registered under chapter 2, part 3, as a service provider for supplying the service.
