Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a water service provider is satisfied or reasonably believes a customer to whom an approved water efficiency management plan applies has not complied with the plan.
(2) The water service provider may give the customer a notice requiring the customer to comply with the plan within the reasonable period stated in the notice.
