WATER SUPPLY (SAFETY AND RELIABILITY) ACT 2008 - SECT 62
62 No charge for water in rainwater tank
A service provider must not make a charge for water that—
(a) has been
collected from a roof; and
(b) is in, or taken from, a rainwater tank.
