Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) This section applies in relation to the provision of credit, before the commencement, for a sale of land or goods by instalments.
(2) The amending Act does not affect the application of this Code in relation to the provision of the credit.
(3) Without limiting subsection (2), the enactment of the amending Act is not to be construed as limiting the application of this Code, as in force before the commencement, to a sale of land or goods by instalments.
(4) This Code, as in force before the commencement, continues to apply, after the commencement, in relation to the provision of credit as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
(5) In this section--
amending Act means the Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2008, part 6.
commencement means the commencement of this section.
