Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) A person must not travel in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy if a propellant is attached to it or the person.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) In this section--
propellant means a machine (other than a lever, wheel and axle, pulley, screw, wedge or inclined plane) capable of propelling a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy.
