Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) A person must not ride or lead an animal on a road if it is practicable to ride or lead the animal on a road related area.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) In this section--
road does not include a road-related area, but includes any shoulder of the road.
