TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT--ROAD RULES) REGULATION 1999 - SECT 352

For chapter 5, part 7 of the Act, offences against the following provisions are prescribed offences--

(a) section 20;

(b) section 56;

(c) section 104(1), (2) and (3);

(d) Transport Operations (Road Use Management--Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1999, sections 10 and 76(2)(f);

(e) Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994, section 20.
