Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated Regulations(1) A driver must give way to an oversize vehicle that is being escorted by a pilot or escort vehicle.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
(2) This section applies to the driver despite any other section that would otherwise require the driver of an oversize vehicle to give way to the driver.
