TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (ROAD USE MANAGEMENT—ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2009 - SECT 148A
148A Giving way when moving within a single marked lane
If a driver diverges to the left or right within a marked lane, the driver
must give way to any vehicle that is in the lane.
Maximum penalty—20
penalty units.
