2 Commencement

(1) This regulation, other than sections 266 and 267(1), (1AA), (1AB), (1A), (1B) and (1C), commences on 12 October 2009.

(2) Sections 266 and 267(1), (1AA), (1AB), (1A), (1B) and (1C) commence on 11 March 2010.
