(1) Section 5(1)(b)--

renumber as section 5(1)(a).

(2) Section 5(1)--

insert--

'(b) a service for providing a pre-preparatory learning program, at a prescribed State school or a prescribed non-State school, to a pre-preparatory age child;'.
