4 Amendment of s 49 (Licensee to give notice of revocation or suspension of licence)
(1) Section 49(4) to (7)--
renumber as section 49(5) to (8).

insert--
'(4) A notice given under subsection (3) must include the
reasons given in the chief executive's notice for revoking or suspending the
licence.'.
