South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts2—Election by ballot to be had under this Act
Whenever, in any Act of the Parliament of the State, it shall be enacted or
provided that any election for any office in any public body shall be by
ballot, such election shall, unless therein otherwise provided, be made under
the provisions of this Act; and for the purposes of this Act such
first-mentioned Act shall be regarded as a special Act.
