(1) The chief
inspector of stock shall be the chief inspector of brands. The Governor may
appoint any person, who may be the chief inspector of stock or any other
person, to be the registrar of brands.
(2) All inspectors and
temporary inspectors of stock under the Stock Diseases Act 1934 and all
inspectors of police shall be inspectors of brands.
