Transitional etc provisions associated with Act or

Botanic Gardens (Miscellaneous) Amendment
Act 1992
(1) The Board of the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium is the
same body corporate as the Board of the Botanic Gardens continued in
existence under the principal Act.
(2) The members of the Board in office immediately before the commencement
of this Act continue in office under the principal Act as amended by this
Act.
Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Common Expiation
Scheme) Act 1996
An Act repealed or amended by this Act will continue to apply (as in force
immediately prior to the repeal or amendment coming into operation) to an
expiation notice issued under the repealed or amended Act.
