South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts12B—Joint and several entitlement of grantees
Where two or more persons are registered as the grantees of a bill of sale
executed before the registration commencement time, they are severally as well
as jointly entitled to—
(a) the
payment of principal and interest secured by the bill of sale; and
(b) the
observance and performance of the covenants, terms, conditions or agreements,
whether expressed or implied, in the bill of sale,
except insofar as a contrary intention is expressed in the bill of sale.
