South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts144B—Exemptions for disclosure statements
(1) The Commission may
by order in writing exempt the board or boards of a trading co-operative or a
class of trading co-operative from a requirement under section 144 or
144A.
(2) The Commission may
grant an exemption unconditionally or subject to conditions.
(3) However, the
Commission may only grant an exemption if satisfied that compliance with the
relevant requirement would be inappropriate in the circumstances or would
impose an unreasonable burden.
