South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The first annual
general meeting of a co-operative must be held at any time within
18 months after the incorporation of the co-operative.
(2) The second or any
subsequent annual general meeting of a co-operative must be held within—
(a) 5
months after the close of the financial year of the co-operative; or
(b) any
further time that may be allowed by the Commission or is prescribed.
