on use of word "co-operative" or similar words
(1) A person other
than a co-operative must not trade, or carry on business, under a name or
title
containing the word "co-operative", the abbreviation "Co-op" or words
importing a similar meaning.
Maximum penalty: $2 000.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to an entity mentioned in
section 247(5).
