South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by, or as are necessary or expedient
for the purposes of, this Act.
(2) Without affecting
the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made for or with
respect to the following:
(a) the
making of applications for the exercise of a function by the Commission,
including the use of a form approved by the Commission;
(b) the
manner of lodgment of documents with the Commission (including electronic
lodgment and lodgment by facsimile);
(c) fees
to be paid in connection with the administration of this Act including fees
for lodgment of any documents under this Act and additional fees for late
lodgment of any documents under this Act.
(3) A regulation may
create an offence punishable by a penalty not exceeding $2 000.
(4) Regulations
relating to fees—
(a) may
prescribe different fees for different classes of cases;
(b) may
authorise the Commission to waive, reduce or refund fees in particular cases
or classes of cases.
