South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
grant a casino licence.
(2) In the case of the
first grant of a casino licence under this section, the grant is to be made to
Adelaide Casino Pty Ltd (ACN 082 362 061).
(3) Any later grant of
a casino licence under this section is to be made, on the recommendation of
the Authority, to an applicant for the licence.
