South Australian Consolidated Acts66—Finality of Authority's decisions
(1) A decision of the
Authority under this Act is final and without appeal subject however to the
following qualifications:
(a) an
appeal lies to the Supreme Court against a decision to take disciplinary
action against a licensee; and
(b) an
appeal lies, with the permission of the Supreme Court, against a decision of
the Authority on a question of law.
(2) An appeal must be
commenced, or the application for permission to appeal made, within
1 month after the decision to which the appeal relates.
