South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The State Coroner
must, on or before 31 October in each year, make a report to the
Attorney-General on the administration of the Coroner's Court and the
provision of coronial services under this Act during the previous financial
year.
(2) The report must
include all recommendations made by the Coroner's Court under section 25
during that financial year.
(3) The
Attorney-General must, within 12 sitting days after receiving a report under
this section, cause copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of
Parliament.
