The Companies Auditors and Liquidators Disciplinary Board established under
section 13 of the Companies (Administration) Act 1982 may perform the
functions and exercise the powers conferred on it under Division 2 of Part II
of the Companies (South Australia) Code in respect of applications made to it
under Subdivision B of that Division before the commencement of this section.
