served on a person is taken to have been given to or served on the person
if—
(a) it
is personally delivered to the person; or
(b) it
is sent by post addressed to the person's last known place of residence or
business; or
(c) it
is left at the person's last known place of residence or business with a
person who is apparently at least 16 and is apparently living or employed at
the place.
