CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING FUND ACT 1993 - SECT 29

29—Recovery of levy etc

The Board may recover in any court of competent jurisdiction—

            (a)         amounts of the levy that are due for payment; and

            (b)         other amounts due to the Board under this Part.
