South Australian Consolidated Acts72—Identification of authorised officers
(1) An
authorised officer must be issued with an identity card in a form approved by
the Administrator—
(a)
containing the person's name and photograph; and
(b)
stating that the person is an authorised officer appointed under this Act.
(2) If the powers of
an authorised officer have been limited by conditions, the identity card must
contain a statement of those limitations.
(3) An
authorised officer must, at the request of a person in relation to whom the
officer intends to exercise any powers under this Act or any other Act,
produce his or her identity card for inspection by the person.
