Without limiting any other civil right of action of the Crown, if the Crown is
liable to pay compensation in respect of acts extinguishing or affecting
native title by a custodian or other person granted a right in respect of, or
interest in, land under this Act, the Crown is entitled to recover the amount
of the compensation from the custodian or person (as the case may be).
