CRIMINAL LAW (LEGAL REPRESENTATION) ACT 2001 - SECT 22

22—Regulations

        (1)         The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.

        (2)         A regulation may provide that contravention of a regulation is a summary offence punishable by a fine not exceeding $10 000.
