South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board is
hereby authorised to execute all works in relation to land constituting or
forming part of a coast protection district, as may be necessary or expedient
for the purpose of implementing an approved management plan.
(2) The Board is
hereby authorised to execute any works that are in the opinion of the Board
necessary or expedient for the purpose of repairing or restoring any damage to
any portion of the coast resulting from a storm, or from pollution.
