South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by this Act, or as he considers
necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1) of this section, those regulations
may—
(a)
regulate the meetings and procedure of the Board and consultative committees;
and
(c)
prescribe and provide for the recovery of fees for the purposes of this Act;
and
(d)
prescribe penalties not exceeding one hundred dollars for breach of, or
non-compliance with, any regulation.
