expiry of leave of absence from prison, or for contravention of or failure to
comply with a condition to which the leave was subject, a document purporting
to be the order of the Chief Executive Officer (or his or her delegate) by
which the leave of absence was granted or revoked or a condition was varied,
will, in the absence of proof to the contrary, be taken to be proof of the
order.
