CO-OPERATIVE SCHEMES (ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS) ACT 2001 - SECT 14

14—Regulations

        (1)         The Governor may make such regulations as are contemplated by, or necessary or expedient for the purposes of, this Act.

        (2)         Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may contain provisions of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of this Act or the making of a proclamation under section 4.
