South Australian Consolidated Acts59C—Appeal against Prohibition Order
(1) A person against
whom a Prohibition Order is made may appeal to the Administrative and
Disciplinary Division of the District Court against the decision of the
council to make the order or to refuse to revoke the order.
(2) If the council
does not give reasons in writing at the time of making the decision, the
council must do so on request by the person affected by the decision within 14
days of the making of the decision.
(3) An appeal must be
instituted—
(a)
within 14 days of the making of the decision appealed against; or
(b) if a
request for reasons in writing for the decision has been made under
subsection (2)—within 14 days after receipt of the reasons in
writing.
