DOG AND CAT MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 81A

81A—Interference with dog in lawful custody

A person who interferes with, releases, or removes from lawful custody a dog seized or detained under this Act is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500.
