DISTRICT COURT ACT 1991 - SECT 29

29—Issue of evidentiary summonses

A summons or a notice under this Part may be issued on behalf of the Court by—

            (a)         a Judge or Master; or

            (b)         the Registrar; or

            (c)         any other officer authorised by the rules to issue such summonses.
