DISTRICT COURT ACT 1991 - SECT 50

50—Miscellaneous provisions relating to legal process

        (1)         Any process of the Court may be issued, served or executed on a Sunday as well as any other day.

        (2)         The validity of process is not affected by the fact that the person who issued it dies or ceases to hold office.
